Action: Student Names to Orion for Macbooks. Excel spreadsheet with username associated with first and last name of student.
Action: Re-image Teacher Mac in August. Teachers need to put all documents, blog back-up, library into one folder. We'll assign teachers a back-up date. Questions: what dates are available for re-imaging. How many hours will the computer be out of teacher hands?

Action: All students and teachers need to back up their blog - new installation.... Aides back-up both student and teacher and admin blogs by June 5. Export .xml file and save onto one computer. Blog space will be deleted by June 8. June 9-13, Aides will import create new accounts and start uploading .xml files (admininstrator blogs FIRST).
Action: Inform teachers that Elgg will be upgrades and information will be wiped. June 5 is magic date...
